दोस्तों 

 मोबाइल टॉवर कंपनी कभी सामने से रूपए नहीं लेती। यह ब्लॉग मैं आपकी जानकारी के लिये लिख रहा हूँ। ब्लॉग लिखना मेरी होब्बी हैं। 

               मै कई वेबसाइट्स पर लिखता हूँ। मुझे कई कॉल आते हैं की मेरे 2000 रुपए डूब गए ,मेरे 20000 डूब गए। यह सब धोखा हैं। क्यों की मोबाइल टावर्स कम्पनीज ने किसी को अपना एजेंट नहीं बना रखा हैं। नहीं कोई कम्पनी वाला रुपया लेता हैं। 

              अखबारों में ऐसे कई विज्ञापन आते है जिसमे दो लाख महीना व बीस लाख डिपॉज़िट मिलेगा सब दोखा हैं। कम्पनीज अपने पालिसी पर टावर्स लगाती हैं। जिसमे कई बाते जरूरी होती हैं 

  

                  सब से पहले क्या आपकी जमीन मोबाइल टावर फ्रिक्वंशी के लिए ठीक हैं इसकी जानकारी सिर्फ कम्पनी खुद करती हैं। किराया भी लोकेशन के मुताबिक होता हैं। डिपॉज़िट भी लोकेशन के मुताबिक होता हैं। 

                 

                 Transportation,Radio signal strength,Terrain,Budget Approved for rent and deposit for land.Where and which land is useful for towering.

         In india every state has own mobile towering rule and regulation.Supreme court give noticed for lots conditions.Radiation is very critical condition for mobile towering.
 School,Hospital  and All public places is prohibited by mobile tower installation law,by indian government.
  Some state government stop mobile tower installation.Reason is radiation and absent in paper work.land owner not follow proper paper work regulation by state and national goverment.
         Every business have some positive and negative factors.

Positive  
    1. Rent your property for earning revenue.
    2. Get deposit money behalf of tower.
    3. One person get job for tower caring and operating.
    4. Land and roof top use for earning is better way.
Negative 
    1. Long time renting your property(15 to 20 years).in this tie period your property is not your.If you sell your property that is not possible.
    2. Radition is very injuris for health.money is must but not everything is  money.
    3. If you give agriculture and any land for rent then side land is destroyed by tower 

caring actions.
      So friends lots positive and negative mixer benefit for mobile towering.
          Note :- Mobile towering companies get very long time for on installation.So passions is must for you.
